Today, the university system includes four campuses, a hospital, and extension offices. The ChallengeDuring an Information Systems (IS) review, the University of Missouri determined that their 1970s technology was no longer viable. Student administrative systems were obsolete. Human resources and financial administrative systems were not integrated. The university purchased PeopleSoft client/server software to replace and integrate its student information, HR, and financial systems. This university-wide implementation had four objectives:
