The Challenge

With a decentralized approach to managing contracts with retail distributors of their products worldwide, this oil and gas leader needed to initiate a global initiative to remedy the situation.

The Solution

Helping to set direction and efficiently carry out systems integration and global deployment, we used our AnyShore(sm) approach for an overall coordination of SAP and FileNet solutions. This approach enabled the client to focus on issues of data quality and data migration while BearingPoint delivered an efficient fixed-price solution that was well below market rates. We protected our client through evaluation of business processes and best practices, deployment of FileNet document management solution, design and deployment of custom applications, systems integration, and management of offshore development model.
